St Ann’s Heath Chess Club

We are delighted to announce chess club is continuing over the board (OTB) for the summer term 2023. If you would like to continue or join chess club, complete the form below and click <SEND> then use the payment button lower down this page to pay their chess club membership fees.

Please note if your child misses any sessions due to illness, school trips, etc. we cannot refund these.

Chess Club will run every Thursday from 3.15pm to 4.00pm on the following thirteen dates:

First session: 20th April 2023.

Further Sessions:

April 2023; 27.
May 2023; 4, 11, 18, 25.
June 2023; 8, 15, 22, 29.
July 2023; 6, 13, 20.
Final Session: 20th July 2023.

Please Note: There is no session 1st June 2023 as it is half term.

Collection:

Parents are to wait at the front of the school from 3.55pm.
Children will be brought to the front of school by Mrs Billington-Phillips who will dismiss the children once their parent can be seen.
Please be prompt to collect your child as Mrs Billington-Phillips has another appointment immediately afterwards.
The first and subsequent times that parents arrive more than five minutes late to collect their child(ren) (after 4.05pm) will receive a £5 late collection charge for each 15 minutes after 4pm e.g. if a parent arrives at 4:20pm they will incur a £10 late collection charge. This will be sent via invoice.
Second late collection of a child(ren) may lead to them not being able to continue with the chess club in which case, no refund will be given for any remaining lessons in the term.

Payment for memberships are due for the whole term £98.80.

Please note:

The early bird rate is only available until the start of half term, 26th May 2023.
Payments received after this date receive a late payment charge of £20 at the discretion of the organisers.
Your child’s chess club membership will continue indefinitely term by term until you inform us if he/she wishes to cancel their membership.
In order to cancel membership, we need a half term’s written notice and an email to admin@chessentriesforall.com.
